Sally Hennessey from the OSU Extension Office taught students about force, acceleration, pressure, and the engineering behind building bottle rockets. This class was part of the Afterschool Educational Enhancement Program. The students built and decorated their rockets. They went outside despite the cold weather and launched them. They were amazed at how far the rockets traveled!
