Bowling Field Trip
The Junior High enjoyed the afternoon together on Wednesday at Brunswick bowling alley.
AEEP Acting
The Afterschool Acting class presented their production of “Blame it on the Wolf” for the rest of the students. They did an amazing job acting out the parts in the story.
Float a Clay Boat
Mrs. Sally Hennessy came to SMS last week to teach an AEEP class on the dynamics of floating clay boats. The students had to do a few redesigns but eventually got the hang of it!
Junior High Field Trip
On Thursday the seventh and eighth graders went on a day trip to Put-in-Bay. They visited the Rock Lab, Nature Center, Crystal Cave, and Perry’s Monument. They learned many things throughout the day and had fun in the process.

An SMS Tradition
Every year on Fat Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday, Mrs. Jerry Boron bought paczki for the students. We continue to honor Mrs. Boron with that tradition. Thank you special friends of SMS for this yummy treat!
Face Painting
With the Afterschool Educational Enhancement Program, Mrs. Amador Ramos taught face painting to a group of students. In their first class they learned how to get used to the paint brushes and to paint simple images.
